A novel idea: Savory granola with garlic! Our current granola is wonderful sprinkled on a salad-garlic could only help in this application.
I will work on it!

I feel that garlic is a staple.
Garlic should be in every kitchen and be used in just about every savory food!
I have two favorite garlic dishes:
Cut a bagel in half, toast and butter it, then cover it with finely chopped fresh garlic!
The other is silky soft tofu, raw and cut in cubes. Cover the tofu with sesame oil, dry roasted peanuts and freshly chopped garlic. What fun!

I do not want garlic in my granola, though.

Hi Margherita, I can't wait to learn more about how to use garlic in great recipes. I also love roasting garlic along with other vegetables and I'm looking for a dipping sauce. Maybe you will have some ideas. Thanks.
